Effective September 15, 2026. Best Water Co, Inc. dba Honest Water Co - North Florida ("we", "Honest Water Co").
1. Reward. We pay $250 for each qualified referral that results in a completed, paid installation of a water treatment system by Honest Water Co. Filter changes, salt deliveries, service calls and repairs do not qualify.
2. Qualified referral. A household in our service area (Seminole, Orange, Volusia and Lake counties) that has not requested a quote from us or been an active lead in the previous 12 months, and that either (a) requests a quote through your personal referral link, or (b) is submitted by you through your dashboard with the person's knowledge and consent to be contacted once.
3. Attribution. The first referral we receive for a household wins. Link attribution lasts 90 days from the click. If the same household is referred by two partners, the earlier one is credited. Self-referrals and referrals of people living at your own address do not qualify.
4. Timing and payment. Rewards are approved on the day the installation is complete and paid in full, shown as "Installed, reward approved" on your dashboard, and sent within 14 days by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or check to the details on your account. You are responsible for keeping those details current and for any taxes on rewards. Partners earning $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked for a W-9.
5. Cancellations. If an installation is cancelled, refunded or reversed within 30 days, the reward is void or, if already paid, may be deducted from your next reward.
6. Conduct. Do not spam, cold-call, post in groups that prohibit promotion, run paid ads on our name, or imply you are an employee of Honest Water Co. Contact the people you refer only with their permission. We may pause or close accounts that violate this and withhold unpaid rewards from abusive activity.
7. Privacy. Names and numbers you submit are used only to contact that person once about a free water test and to track your reward. We do not sell referral data. Our
privacy policy applies.
8. Changes. We may change the reward amount or end the program with notice on this page. Referrals already submitted are paid under the terms in effect when they were submitted.
